STEP 1: Calculate Your Distance From Us

How This Step Works:

In Step 1 You will find how far your Event is from our Main Address at 1484 Pollard Rd #3083 Los Gatos, CA 95032 in Miles. You will need this information for Step 2. Make sure to use the lowest miles possible.

STEP 2: Determine your DELIVERY RATE Based on Your Distance & Delivery Day

How This Step Works:

In Step 2 You will find how much your DELIVERY RATE is using the Miles you figured out in Step 1 and your Delivery Day falling on Mon-Fri or a Weekend.

For example if your rentals can be Delivered on MON-FRI and your event is 9.8 Miles away, you would fall under Tier 2 since you are above the limit of Tier 1 (5 Miles) but below the limit of Tier 2 (10 Miles). The amount charged for Tier 2 is $115.

MON-FRI Delivery Rates:

Select these rates if you need your rentals Delivered on Monday to Friday

Tier 1: Up to 5 Miles $50

Tier 2: Up to 10 Miles $115

Tier 3: Up to 15 Miles $175

Tier 4: Up to 20 Miles $230

WEEKEND Delivery Rates:

Select these rates if you need your rentals Delivered on a Saturday or Sunday

Tier 1: Up to 5 Miles $225

Tier 2: Up to 10 Miles $257.50

Tier 3: Up to 15 Miles $287.50

Tier 4: Up to 20 Miles $315

Standard Delivery Includes:

“Curbside” Delivery & Pick Up

DOES NOT INCLUDE: Set-Up, Break Down, Long Distance Haul, Stairs or Elevator Access.

* Please request a quote for these services if required.

STEP 3: Determine if you require EXACT TIME Delivery

How This Step Works:

In Step 3 You will determine if your specific needs require you to add EXACT TIME Delivery.

*** We recommend requesting your Delivery Day to be at least 1 day prior to your Event Date.***

Once your order is confirmed, your rental items will be delivered anytime between 8:00AM – 8:00PM on your preferred date.

You will receive Text Notification the morning of your delivery day informing you of your ESTIMATED Delivery Window. (Please note this is an estimate that is provided as a courtesy and not a delivery time guarantee.)

If you require your rental order to be delivered at a specific time, we can make that happen! This service is provided upon request with advance notice prior to your delivery day for a fee of $175.

* Notice the fees charged are in addition to the DELIVERY BY DISTANCE RATES you gathered in Step 2.

Standard Hours of Operation for Deliveries:

Monday – Sunday 8AM – 8PM

Although we will make an effort to accommodate your selected Delivery Time,

your delivery can arrive anytime within our Standard Hours of Operation unless

you have purchased and confirmed the EXACT TIME Delivery service $175

This ensures your delivery will arrive within a 1 Hour Window of your choice.

 

Rental Prices are for 3 Days

We recommend requesting your Delivery Day to be at least 1 Day Prior to your Event Date

 

Deliveries & Pick-Ups are Scheduled Anywhere From 1-3 Business Days from Event Date

STEP 4: Customize Your Pick Up Options by Adding Any of The Following

How This Step Works:

If you made it to Step 4 it means you have very specific requests for Delivery & Pick Up. No worries we got you covered!

In Step 4 you will further customize your Delivery/Pick Up Date and Time with the options available.

Chair & Table SET-UP

Our Standard Delivery Service includes “Curbside Delivery and Pick-Up” only.

This means items are unloaded and dropped off broken down and stacked within 25ft of parked delivery truck. At Pick-Up, items are expected to be collected already broken down and stacked from drop off location.

Need help hauling your table & chair rentals further into your back yard or home? Need help placing them and setting them up? How about breaking them down?

We can help!

The fee is $1.90 per Chair and $5.80 per Table

DOES NOT INCLUDE: Stairs, Uneven Pathways, Elevator Access, Hand Carrying or Long Distance Hauls (Please request a quote for the price of these services if necessary).

Fee is $1.90 per Chair and $5.80 per Table in addition to all + DELIVERY Fees.

Same DAY Pick Up

DAY: Select this option if you need your rentals Picked Up at a specific hour of your choosing between the extended hours of 10AM – 5PM on the same day they were Delivered. This option is an additional $25.

* Please note the fee charged for this option is in addition to ALL-DELIVERY fees including the DELIVERY BY DISTANCE RATE and any customized Delivery options selected.

Fee is $25 in addition to all + DELIVERY Fees. Rentals are Picked Up on the Same Day they were Delivered between 10AM to 5PM

 

 

Same NIGHT Pick Up

NIGHT: Select this option if you need your rentals Picked Up at a specific hour of your choosing between the extended hours of 5PM – 12AM on the evening of the same day they were Delivered. This option is an additional $100 – $300:

Pickup Made Between:

5PM – 8PM is $100

8PM – 10PM is $200

10PM – 12AM is $300

* Please note the fee charged for this option is in addition to ALL-DELIVERY fees including the DELIVERY BY DISTANCE RATE and any customized Delivery options selected.

Fee is $100 – $300 in addition to all + DELIVERY Fees. Rentals are Picked Up on the Same Night they were Delivered between 5PM to 12AM.  

Pickup Made Between:

5PM – 8PM is $100

8PM – 10PM is $200

10PM – 12AM is $300

 

 

Single Lane / Dirt Road

Select this option if your delivery location requires access to a single lane and/or dirt road.

These types of roads are subject to unpredictable conditions, such as blocked paths, mud, or flooding, requiring drivers to navigate more cautiously, possibly at slower speeds which could cause delays. Many dirt or single-lane roads are not be accessible for larger delivery trucks, requiring the use of smaller vehicles or additional transportation.

Due to the increased difficulty and risk associated with navigating these types of terrains, your order cannot be part of a “Standard Route” and will be assigned its own compact vehicle to ensure timely delivery. The fee for this service is $100.

Fee is $100 in addition to all + DELIVERY Fees.

Tablescape Set-Up & Event Decorating Services

If you’re hosting a large wedding or formal event with many tables, setting up can quickly become overwhelming!

Each table requires individual attention, from arranging chairs to ensuring that each guest has the right utensils, glassware, and decor elements. It’s not just about aesthetics; the setup needs to be practical as well. We can help you ensure that every guest has the necessary space and comfort (e.g., making sure place settings are evenly spaced, glassware is within reach, and chairs are arranged for comfort).

By assigning the tablescape and decor Set-Up to us, you can ensure your family and friends enjoy themselves without overwhelming responsibilities at your event.

The service is billed at $150 per hour

Stairs, Uneven Pathways, Elevator Access, Hand Carrying & Long Distance Hauls

Elevators, stairs and uneven surfaces like gravel, cobblestones, or grass make it difficult to transport your rentals safely. Hand carrying items, especially heavy or large ones, can require significant physical effort. If you need to carry your rentals over a long distance or if rentals are bulky, it may take extra manpower to carry it.

If a delivery involves multiple challenging factors (e.g., stairs, uneven pathways, and hand carrying), the difficulty increases exponentially. These situations often require extra caution and more resources (additional crew, extra equipment, longer time frames) to avoid injury or damaging the rentals.
